This is a soft martial art for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. The program will be conducted in 6-week sessions; no late entries permitted. Tai Chi promotes, flexibility and concentration. Tai Chi is excellen for reducing tension and stress. The class in one hour long, and some benefits of the class include: Increased strength and energy, better balance, and improved bodily awareness. This is excellent for beginning students who are looking for an alternative to running or aerobics. No previous Martial Arts experence necessary, and no uniforms or equipment required. 6-weeks $65.00. The next session will begin July 11th. All payments MUST be in prior to the date of the class.
